Submitting Brokerage Business to BSBI

As part of our effort to provide clients with the best possible service, we seek to provide fast response on quotes and streamlined application processing to enhance the ease of doing business with Brentwood Services. One way to enhance the process is to ensure that the initial submission is complete and offers information to address any potential underwriting or claims related issue at the beginning of the process. Listed below is a checklist of items that are sometimes omitted from applications and helpful tips on how to prepare the application for submission. We appreciate your assistance in making the quoting and application process as streamlined as possible enabling us to provide you and your clients with a high level of service.

 

Submission Requirements

  • Five Year Loss Runs Valued Within 90 Days
  • Current Experience Mod Worksheet
  • Detailed Description of Operations
  • Payroll and Premium history for the last 5 years
  • Detailed Description on all losses over $50,000
  • Fully completed Excess or Large Deductible Application
  • Fully completed Employee Concentration Worksheet
