Are you ready to take control of your workers' compensation costs?

Tennessee governmental entities have a unique exemption in the law that allows them to take back control of their Workers Compensation claims costs.  A growing number of TN government entities have rejected traditional workers comp programs in favor of an OJI program.

This special exemption allows Tennessee Government entities to:

  • Remove themselves from the traditional workers’ compensation system, which gives them total control of their programs and the expenses related to them.
  • Remove the incentives that plaintiffs’ attorneys use to encourage employees to litigate claims.
  • Provide employees with clear, well-defined benefits that provide for lost wages, disability, and medical expenses resulting from a work-related accident.
