Donna McCormick, Director of Administrative Services
In1983 Donna joined Corroon & Black as an assistant in the Correspondence Center. In this role, she was responsible for providing clerical support for numerous individuals within the company. In 1985, she was promoted to administrative assistant working with the Information Services Department of Willis.Â
In 1986, she moved into a new role with Penco working as administrative manager. In this role, she was responsible for monitoring the staff of claims assistants and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their work product.
In 1987 Donna moved into the position of administrative assistant at Willis Corroon Administrative Services Corporation. In that capacity, she was responsible for providing clerical support for the Chief Executive Officer as well as four of the company vice presidents.
1993 Donna became a claims assistant for Willis Corroon. She quickly excelled at her duties and was promoted to Claim Assistant Supervisor.  In that capacity, she managed the day-to-day operation of the support staff, monitoring their workflow and checking work for accuracy.
In May 1998, Donna joined BSA as Administrative Manager. In that role she was responsible for supervision of the entire Tennessee support staff. She set up procedures, delegated work and monitored the department to ensure compliance with internal standards. Donna was also responsible for providing loss runs to clients and issuing all claims checks and transaction registers.
In March 2003 Donna was promoted to Director of Administrative Services. In addition to her previous duties, her job was expanded to include assisting satellite offices with work flow to ensure consistency between offices. She also works as a liaison with the medical bill review service company to ensure that the transmission of data and payment of medical expenses is accurate and timely.
