Neil Collins, Director of Human Resources

Neil joined Brentwood Services, Inc. in May of 2003 as benefit specialist. In 2005 he took on the role of operations specialist. Neil works closely with our Human Resources Department in a variety of benefit related areas and also has responsibilities for various functions related to key operational aspects of the company. He is responsible for conducting regular loss analysis for our accounts including management reports to our clients as well as monitoring the reporting and collection of excess recoveries on behalf of our clients.
Neil has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry including work with major insurance carriers and third party administrators. Prior to joining Brentwood Services, Neil served as Operations Director with Willis Administrative Services.
Neil has successfully completed Life Office Management Association (FLMI) education program as well as the education programs of the International Claim Association (ICA) and Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA).
