Brentwood Services has made significant investments in its Information Technology resources.  In addition to a full-time IT staff of five employees, BSA has partnered with industry-leading insurance software providers to deliver dynamic, customizable applications to its clients and employees.  Our claims administration system allows our adjusters to manage multiple lines of property and casualty claims, and its included policy module simplifies the process of preparing loss-based underwriting reports and analyses.

Brentwood’s policy management and accounting system enables us to fully manage all aspects of a complete insurance program for self insured clients, association pools, and independent insurance companies.  Brentwood’s program management services include online quoting, underwriting, policy issuance, renewal processing, and complete policy accounting.

Brentwood Services’ clients can have 24-hour per day access to claim and policy information via our proprietary PowerView online system.  PowerView enables generation of loss runs, claim detail reports, loss ratio reports, policy summary and detail reports, and customizable data extracts.  Our online system was designed and built based on our clients’ input and requirements, and we always welcome suggestions for making our client tools even more useful and intuitive.
