BRENTWOOD SERVICES’ DAWN WILSON RECOGNIZED BY SOCIETY OF CERTIFIED INSURANCE COUNSELORS
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., July 9, 1996--Brentwood Services Inc. (BSI) broker Dawn Wilson, CIC, CPIW, was recently recognized as one of the top one percent of all insurance professionals in America by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, according to Dick Hammer, BSI president.
The CIC testimonial noted Wilson’s leadership and excellence stemming from her “steadfast commitment to continuing education” and her “achievement and demonstrated level of professional competence in all areas of the insurance business.”
The CIC society is a national organization that has provided a comprehensive program of instruction for insurance professionals for 26 years. It is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
As a broker with Brentwood Services, Wilson directs client relations, and develops and markets new business accounts throughout the United States. She joined BSI in 1994 as an assistant account manager and was later promoted to account manager with the firm. Wilson, who has been active in all phases of account management, was promoted to broker in January 1996.
A native of England, Wilson studied at Bury St. Edmunds College for Further Education, in Bury St. Edmund’s, England. She has completed the Certified Insurance Counselor program and is working toward her CPCU designation. She is also a member of the Nashville branch of the National Association of Insurance Women and has received the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW).
Wilson and her husband Scott Wilson have two children, and reside in Smyrna, Tenn.
