BRENTWOOD SERVICES ADMINISTRATORS PROMOTES YOLANDA CRENSHAW TO CLAIM REPRESENTATIVE
NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 31, 1997—Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. has recently promoted Yolanda Crenshaw to the position of claim representative with the claims administration affiliate of Brentwood Services Inc. (BSI), according to BSI Chief Executive Officer/President Richard Hammer.
“Yolanda has shown great dedication to serving the needs of our self-insured clients in progressively responsible positions with BSA since joining the firm in 1993, “ said Hammer in making the announcement. “In promoting Yolanda to claim representative, I am sure she will continue to excel in providing our clients with timely and accurate handling of their claim management.”
As a claim representative, Crenshaw is responsible for handling workers’ compensation claims for BSA clients. She previously served BSA as a claim examiner, providing adjustment services for workers’ compensation claims for BSA’s self-insured clients in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky.
She is married to Raymond Crenshaw. The couple and daughters, Latronya and Alanah, live in Nashville.
